Facility / Maintenance Agreement

A facility and maintenance agreement engaging a service provider to manage the upkeep, housekeeping and maintenance of a premises.

FACILITY / MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT

This Facility / Maintenance Agreement is made on [Date] between [Party A Name], having its office at [Address] ("Service Provider"), and [Party B Name], having its office at [Address] ("Client").

  1. Engagement. The Client engages the Service Provider to provide facility management and maintenance services at [Premises Address], with effect from the Effective Date.
  2. Scope of Services. The services include [Housekeeping, electrical/plumbing upkeep, security coordination, HVAC and equipment maintenance] as detailed in the annexed schedule.
  3. Manpower. The Service Provider shall deploy adequate trained personnel and remain their sole employer for all statutory purposes.
  4. Service Schedule. Services shall be rendered as per the agreed frequency (daily/weekly/monthly) and preventive maintenance calendar.
  5. Charges. The Client shall pay Rs. [Amount] per month, plus applicable GST, for the services, with consumables billed [at actuals / as agreed].
  6. Payment Terms. Invoices shall be raised monthly and are payable within [Number] days, subject to applicable TDS.
  7. Compliance. The Service Provider shall comply with EPF, ESI, minimum wages and other labour laws and indemnify the Client against any default.
